A serious rosé that goes fantastic with Asian food!
This wine is mainly made with the Tibouren grape. It spends a year to a year and a half in hundred year old oak barrels.
The nose is enchanting, warm and matures into smooth spicy aromas. The beach-friendly fruit aromas of rose give way to richer, more savoury flavours, with hints of dried cherry and a touch of salted chestnut.
Suggestions
Goat’s cheese, grilled fish and meat, dumplings and Asian dishes.
