Honey, almonds and nectarine all flesh out in the Chablis Vaillons ‘Les Minots’. Rich, seamless and layered, with plentiful tastes in the mid-palate, no hard edges and terrific overall balance. A deeply expressive, perfumed finish rounds things out very nicely.
Drink it with: greasy white fish, salmon, Fruits de Mer, poultry
