From old vines, matured for 10 months, a bright golden yellow color. Aromas of toasted and grilled bread, tasting a bit of vanilla. Ample and long-lasting as well as slightly spicy, this taste reveals all the power contained within old Pouilly-Fuissé vines.
Suggestions: foie gras, snails, fish with light sauce, white meats with cream, goat cheese, tomes, Conté cheese, Beaufort cheese and Roquefort cheese
