Second trip to Japan…

Hunting for new sake for our selection, visiting small, artisinal brewers. After our first visit three years ago, we were already convinced sake is a great match with the cuisine of the world instead of only Japanese… Risotto, paella, fish, clams and crustaceans, ceviche, steak, mushrooms, veggies, jamón and cheese! My daughter Rosa (top level sake sommelier) explains that there’s double the amount of flavour profiles in sake as in wine. I tag along as I am a great sampler!
