Created by the godfather of Spanish organic viticulture. Juicy wine. Ripe red fruit, earthy tones with nice balanced tannins. 11 months raised in oak, 4 months in bottle, a lot of wine for the money.
White and red meats, cured and blue cheeses, nicely tolerated with fish and seafood in sauce, pimientos, pastas and spicy food.
