Full-bodied Big Chenin
An outstanding wine from the old vines of the winery. 12 months cured in clay amphoras after having been for 6 months on French oak. Clear and bright, full on aromatics of exotic fruit such as pineapple, soft and lush with good tannins.
Great with the Mediterranean cuisine but also with Asian inspired dishes.
Fish and shellfish in creamy sauce.
