Grapes from vineyards over 25 years old, collected by manual harvest. They are then cold macerated for the necessary hours until obtaining a must with the desired color, smell and structure. Once settled, 40% ferments in 400-liter French oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, it rests on its lees for at least a month, which gives it density.

Attractive pale pink with light fuchsia touches. Fresh and intense aroma of rose petals and red forest fruits. Soft, round and delicate in the mouth, it develops abundant notes of strawberry and raspberry with a long and nuanced finish.
