Viognier at it’s best! The grapes are pressed by their own weight, the wine has had a fermentation with wild yeasts and has been cured for 9 months sur lie on French oak. A powerful wine with a low acidity and pleasant notes of
peach and white blossoms. Once in the mouth, these aromas turn into flavours with also a dash of vanilla and nutmeg.
