A beauty of a garage wine. One not to miss!
After all the known regions such as Rioja and Ribera del Duero, where they usually use the Tempranillo grape, a new grape arises in the West of Spain, the Mencía. This grape has the quality of being a little more soft and silky and yet a little rounder. This wine is pomegranate red with a hint of violet and the aromas red ripe fruits, floral, with a hint of coffee and cacao. Medium bodied, the palate is hit with juicy red fruits, soft tannins and a refreshing acidity. A real asset, this new kid on the block.
