*David Butterfield fell in love with Burgundy some years a go and decided to start making it’s own wines; focussing on the vinification by buying the best grapes of the best plots.
This 1er Cru shows not only the quality of the plot but also the way of making wine. A powerful though clean wine, dark in colour and deep in flavor. Tannins are present but the older the wine gets how smoother they are.
