- If you want us to pick up the order again, the costs will be borne by the customer (€ 25)
- Returns are only accepted for products that do not show any damage caused subsequent and upon acceptance of delivery.
- Damages incurred during transportation or by Vino & Co, will be exchanged for an equal one and the expenses are borne by Vino & Co. If the change is not possible, the amount is returned.
- Cancellation of your order up to four hours before the delivery time. No additional costs.
