Cañada París is a delightful white wine crafted from original Merseguera grapes grown in the drylands of the Alto Turia mountain range.

The vineyards are located in Baldovar village at elevations between 900 and 1200 meters, surrounded by Mediterranean flora and fauna. The wine has a soft straw color with golden reflections and offers aromas of ripe lemon, green apricots, grapefruit, and blood oranges, with a subtle mineral note. Its palate is fresh and friendly, characterized by citrus and pastry flavors, complemented by a velvety and intense acidity that encourages repeated sips. The finish is delicate and long, featuring citrus and mineral notes.
