Made by the professor of enology from the University of Rioja. From a very old native Rioja grape, the Maturana, that Juan Carlos Sancha grew in his recovery project.
Spicy character on the nose with notes of chocolate and green pepper. A farmer style wine with refreshing acidity, velvety tannins, and persistence in mouth.
Fresh pasta, sausages, grilled fish, red meat.
