David Butterfield fell in love with Burgundy some years a go and decided to start making it’s own wines; focussing on the vinification by buying the best grapes of the best plots.
The small parcels where David sources its grapes from turn in to this big wine with a wide panorama of ripe lemon, which still let pass to some enchanting fresh notes. An elegant wine which reflects the best of Burgundy’s Puligny Montrachet.
