Bodega Forlong is situated in the South of Spain, Cádiz. Where a couple with different study backgrounds ,fell in love with wine making, reschooled and now produce their own wines since 2009.
Ripe apples and pear skin in the nose, together with traces of flor ; salty and oxidative hinches. Full, unique and interesting wine that lies between the Jura and Sherry.
