Jean Delobre’s family domain used to sell their grapes to the cooperative winery, but decided to turn it all around and make the winery as his own. Since 1997, the grapes have been grown organically, and after he decided to go completely biodynamic. He employs polycultural farming, where fruit trees, grains and vines all share the same fields creating a natural ecosystem. The wines he creates are lively and fresh with minimal sulphur added. The Premier Quartier has dark berry fruits, liquorice, leather, potting soil, earthy and refined. What a wine!
