A bomb of a natural Syrah!
Jean Delobre’s family domain used to sell their grapes to the cooperative winery, but decided to turn it all around and make the winery as his own. Since 1997, the grapes have been grown organically, and after he decided to go completely biodynamic. He employs polycultural farming, where fruit trees, grains and vines all share the same fields creating a natural ecosystem. The wines he creates are lively and fresh with minimal sulphur added.Saint-Joseph is well known for it’s soft Syrah wines, full of fruit and low in tannins. The Pleine Lune 2016 is a gorgeous example.
