This biodynamically farmed rosé is made entirely from Mourvèdre grapes grown in the Corbières Maritimes. Pressed gently in a basket press with just four hours of skin contact, it delivers a pale salmon hue and aromas of wildflowers, forest strawberries, rhubarb, and stone fruit. The palate is vibrant and layered, offering red berries, lime zest, subtle spice, and a touch of salinity .
