Join us at Vino&Co for an evening where Japanese craftsmanship meets Ibiza’s finest artisan cheeses.
Through Sake&Co, we import small-batch, handcrafted sake directly from family breweries across Japan, bringing their stories, traditions, and regional styles to the island. This tasting blends that world with the rich flavours of cheesemakers.

Enjoy a 2-hour guided tasting featuring:
An introduction to the world of sake
How sake is made and why it pairs so well with food
A guided journey through different categories and styles of sake
5 sakes paired with 5 cheeses

Discovering why sake pairs with so much more than sushi — especially cheese
After the tasting, our Wine Bar & Bistro stays open if you’d like to continue the evening with dinner or more sake (or wine) by the glass.
All participants receive a 10% discount on bottle purchases during the event.

A través de Sake&Co, importamos sake de pequeños productores y bodegas familiares de Japón, trayendo sus historias, tradiciones y estilos regionales a la isla. Esta cata une ese mundo con los sabores profundos de los maestros queseros.

Después de la cata, nuestro Wine Bar & Bistro permanecerá abierto por si quieres cenar o seguir disfrutando de sake (o vino) por copa.
