Ama pét-nat tea: fizzy and low in alcohol.
Ama pét-nat rea is a new low alcohol drink made with water from the Izzaitz Massif in the Basque Country and the Yabukita variety of sencha tea from Shizouka, Japan. Because sencha has thinner leaves it needs less steaming to create the green tea used in our Kombucha.
Fruity and citrus aromas with hints of apricot jam and seaweed. Bone dry with a long aftertaste and a fine bubble.
