Champagne Clandestin is a project between Betrand Gautherot, from Vouette & Sorbée, and the young Benoït Doussot. They create their Champagnes from hidden or secret parcels, that’s why the name Clandestin ( clandestine ).
This duo of champagne makers lay full focus on the grapes to finally create a terroir-Champagne; one grape, one vintage, one terroir. Obtaining a fresh, young, mineral and salty Champagne!
