David Butterfield fell in love with Burgundy some years a go and decided to start making it’s own wines; focussing on the vinification by buying the best grapes of the best plots.
The grapes that David buys from his most close farmer friends, allows him to completely focus on the vinification of the wines. This shows well when it comes to the final product. In this case a well balanced Côte de Nuit Village Blanc in which the acidities and freshness still play an important role.
