David Butterfield fell in love with Burgundy some years a go and decided to start making it’s own wines; focussing on the vinification by buying the best grapes of the best plots.
Mersault made in a more modern style. David made this wine so you can also enjoy a young Meursault without excess of oak. Lively and well balanced.
