Premium Sidra Espumosa from Astarbe Sagardoregia.
This premium Bask cidre is made out of three local apple varieties, of which Astarbe and Mendiola, and by Traditional method. Second fermentation on bottle and 24 months ripened. It has body, purity and a small bubble like Champagne.
