A high-end Premier Cru Chablis made my the enfant terrible Patrick Piuze.
Honey, almonds and nectarine all flesh out in the Chablis Vaillons ‘Les Minots’. 70 year old vines seduce you with the smell of apple blossoms and lemon meringue pie surprises your palate. Rich, seamless and layered, with plentiful tastes in the mid-palate, no hard edges and terrific overall balance.
A deeply expressive, perfumed finish rounds things out very nicely.
