Soft pink with reflections of orange. On the nose, citrus fruits and white fruits evoke a beautiful freshness yet it’s taste is expressive in peach, clementine and exotic fruits with a touch of spice and a saline finish. A more serious rosé for the more serious rosé drinker.
Asian dishes or vitello tonnato, grilled prawns.
