Champagne Clandestin is a project between Betrand Gautherot, from Vouette & Sorbée, and the young Benoït Doussot. They create their Champagnes from hidden or secret parcels, that’s why the name Clandestin ( clandestine ).
Betrand and Benoit don’t use any vin de reserve or dosage.This plus the limestone soils of the vineyard, contribute to a mineral, fresh and pure Blanc de blancs Champagne.
