Champagne Clandestin is a project from Benoït Doussot. He creates Champagnes from hidden or secret parcels, that’s why the name Clandestin ( clandestine ).
Benoit doesn’t use any vin de reserve or dosage. This plus the limestone soils of the vineyard, contribute to a mineral, fresh and pure Blanc de blancs Champagne.
