Bodega Forlong is situated in the South of Spain, Cádiz. Where a couple with different study backgrounds ,fell in love with wine making, reschooled and now produce their own wines since 2009.
A gastronomic wine which consists out of 80% Palomino Fino macerated with 20% of sun-dried Pedro Ximenez. A wine taken out of tradition in this region but that defines its origin.
