Natural wine at it’s best
A micro project by Sylvian, who next to beekeeping also decided to make a wine, and what a wine! Deep ruby red in the glass, your nose is met by herbs and flowers and jammy forest fruits. In the mouth it’s like a spoonful of red fruit jam, concentrated and full yet silky soft, firm and round. All in all a hit!
