An organic Cava made from the classic grape combination. In 2012 the old vineyards were taken over by Maria and Pep and the old grape vines were saved from destruction.

They now make a nice cava with a lot of taste, roasted almonds, fruit, and a little biscuit and bread.

Delicious as an aperitif or during light starters, jamón, seafood.
