Tiet Jan is a vibrant white wine made from old-vine Xarel·lo, farmed organically in Penedès. With spontaneous fermentation and aging on fine lees, it offers aromas of white peach, wild herbs, and chalky minerality. Unfiltered and bottled with minimal intervention, it’s fresh, textured, and savory—a true expression of Catalan terroir and natural winemaking.
