By the hand of Pardevalles comes one of our favourite summer whites, their young white Albarín. Now it’s bigger sister is also showing up, in the shape of Carroleón Blanco, fermented on it’s leas in French oak for 5 months. Fresh fruits,a touch of herbs and vegetables, but with great volume and voluptuosity and a lingering finish, this wine is definitely a serious player!
