Quinta Couselo belongs to O Rosal subzone, inside Rías Baixas protected denomination of origin (PDO).
The winery is located in the O Rosal valley, which borders the Miño river at its mouth on the south, and the Atlantic ocean on the West. Their property benefits from a special microclimate with an Atlantic influence that consists of mild temperatures, abundant rainfall, and the necessary sunshine for an appropriate maturation of the grapes. The O Rosal has got a beautiful floral nose (orange blossom, jasmin, chamomile) with lots of character and fruity sensations (red apples, lychee and pear) and a fresh hint of lemongrass. Very mouthfilling. fresh and balances, again with fruity notes, pleasant citrics, slightly creamy and with great minerality, this will be one of your summer favourites.
