Hunting down the right DNA in the Verdejo grape, for the most outstanding flavours. And according to us he succeeded! Besides his best-selling Ayre, and the chart-topping Verdeal, he has now also created the 500 Flores, Verdeal with a touch of oak. The oak has been beautifully integrated, the result being a very refined wine.
