Volando Viñas is a Godello from the north part of Spain, Ribeiro.
This wine is made by the Bodega O’ventosela together with chef Aurelio Morales ( Michelin star, Sol Repsol ) who currently works at ABYA.
The carefully selected godello grapes are from vines between 14 and 28 years old; this gives the wine more body and structure.
A wine with ripe stone fruit but still elegant acidity. It has a long and velvety finish.
