Freshness from Galician heights
Nosa Godello is a harmonious blend of 70% Godello and 30% Treixadura, sourced from granitic soils on steep terraces in Galicia’s Ribeira Sacra. Harvested early to preserve freshness, the grapes undergo separate fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on fine lees through winter. The result is a balanced wine with subtle acidity, delicate aromas, and a smooth, approachable palate.

Perfect with Galician-style octopus (pulpo a la gallega), grilled prawns, lemon-herb roast chicken, and soft cheeses.
