All aboard the Piuze train please. Patrick puts the world upside down with his nectar of the gods!  In one sip this guy blows all the dust of the dusty image of the Chablis. Made of grape from old vines, these grapes have more quality, more character. A complex wine but with great fruit, great acidity, great minerals… Unfortunately not available in magnum size…!
