On the 17th of October 2014 we held one of our first Table d’Hote dinners at Vino&Co, and a bunch of chefs from Restaurant As in Amsterdam flew in to cook for us. It was then when this happy bunch happened to share a table and connected not only over their love of food, but also with their love for music. Fast forward four years, and Melon Bomb headlines at the biggest and funkiest clubs on the island. Great things happen when the wine flows and the table is set!
