Marius Roux, born in 1875, was the first to believe in the extraordinary complexity of the Tibouren grape. Since Marius, 5 generations have followed with this same passion.
You can not compare this wine with any other rosé from the Provence. Neither is the grape variety, the name goes by “Tibouren”. These vines were taken from the shores of the river Tiber by the romans, whom long time ago occupied this region in France and planted them there.
Tibouren is more then suitable to make a rosé with depth and can perfectly age. A complex gourmet rosé with a red onion color.
In the nose Lillies, lemon, pear, orange and almond. In mouth honey, gingerbread, butter… a bit of wood and spices.
