Chassange-Montrachet, village in the Côte de Beaune district of Burgundy’s Côte d’Or more famed for its white wines from the Chardonnay grape. The grapes of this wine come from a very high quality plot, named Baudines in the Chassange-Montrachet area. That’s why it’s labelled as a Premier Cru. Elegant and round with a well balanced acidity.
