Microcuvée from Pares Balta, fermented in amphorae.
Fermented in amphorae which were especially made with clay from the estates, the same clay that was used by Iberians thousands of years ago.
On the nose is complete, elegant and with notes of white fruit aromas. On the palate, very complex. We could find again the white fruit aromas and appreciate a note of toasted almond.
Suggestions
Any rice dishes such as paella or baked fish from the oven.
