Jaume Bertran is founder of the Tayaimgut winery. It’s located in the northernmost area of Penedès, a few kilometers from Barcelona. There he decided to make wines different from the rest, with such renowned varieties as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc.

This red wine is made from 100% Merlot variety.  Although it is aged in oak barrels, it maintains the fresh and youthful character that makes it very pleasant to drink.
