A Masterpiece of Craftsmanship by Régis Camus, Noguchi Naohiko & Arita Porcelain Lab

HEAVENSAKE Prestige I is the first release in the brand’s new “Prestige” line, representing the pinnacle of Franco-Japanese artistry.

This limited-edition Junmai Daiginjo is a rare collaboration between Champagne’s legendary cellar master Régis Camus and Japan’s revered sake brewer Noguchi Naohiko, often referred to as the “God of Sake.”

Camus, known for pioneering the method of assemblage in sake—blending base sakes to heighten complexity—worked with Noguchi to blend unreleased vintages from 2018 to 2020, carefully selected from Noguchi’s private reserves.

These vintages feature iconic rice varieties like Yamada Nishiki, Omachi, and Miyamanishiki, resulting in a highly expressive sake with notes of white peach, mango, acacia honey, and iris blossom, balanced by bright acidity, silky texture, and a clean, mineral finish.

The sake is presented in a hand-crafted porcelain bottle made by Arita Porcelain Lab, under the seventh-generation Yazaemon kiln.

Designed in collaboration with HEAVENSAKE’s founder Carl Hirschmann and inspired by the elegant minimalism of ceramic artist Fukami Sueharu, the bottle is both a vessel and a sculptural artwork—melding glazed and unglazed surfaces in the spirit of wabi-sabi.

HEAVENSAKE Prestige I is more than a drink—it’s a celebration of craftsmanship, blending the worlds of fine sake, French winemaking, and Japanese ceramic tradition into a singular, luxurious experience.
